INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 REG. EU 679/2016.

This information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Purpose of the processing and legal basis

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, adequacy, relevance and necessity pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 1 of EU Reg. 679/2016, the data controller will process the personal data automatically collected when browsing the company website or voluntarily provided for the following purposes:

  • navigation data, or information that includes IP addresses, domain names of computers used by the user that connects to the site; the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response from the server, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error); other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user, are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Such data, although never collected to be associated with identified interested parties, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could still allow the identification of the user. Finally, these data can be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the sites.
  • the data provided voluntarily by the user, or rather that information, personal and identification data collected to allow the user access to certain services requested by the user, such as non-institutional e-mail address, personal telephone numbers, any personal data particulars and judicial documents entered voluntarily by the user during the use of online services or by sending requests to published e-mail addresses, are treated for the performance of activities for institutional purposes only and in the interest of the subject requesting the service .

The treatments carried out and the relative data retention times are different for each online service and are described in detail in the specific information contained in the subscription pages.

Categories of data recipients and possible data transfer

The data processed for the mentioned purposes will be communicated or will in any case be accessible to the employees and collaborators assigned to the competent offices of the Data Controller, who, in their capacity as data protection referees and/or system administrators and/or persons in charge of processing they will be adequately trained by the Data Controller for this purpose.

The company may disclose the personal data it holds, as well as to all those public or private subjects to whom, in the presence of the related prerequisites, the communication is compulsorily required by community provisions, laws or regulations.

Data retention period

The navigation data collected automatically are kept only for the time necessary (24 hours) to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

For the storage times of other data voluntarily provided by the interested party, please refer to specific information prepared by the competent offices.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to request the Data Controller, pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016: access to their personal data and to all information; the rectification of one’s own inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete ones; the deletion of your data, except for those contained in documents which must be kept by the company and unless there is a legitimate prevailing reason to proceed with the processing; the limitation of the processing if one of the hypotheses referred to in Article 18 of the aforementioned Regulation occurs.

The interested party also has the right to object to the processing of his personal data, without prejudice to the provisions regarding the necessity and mandatory nature of the processing for the purpose of establishing the relationship; to revoke any consent given for non-mandatory data processing, without thereby prejudicing the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

The interested party may exercise all the rights mentioned above by sending an e-mail to the data controller, or to deopen@pec.it.

The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data pursuant to Article 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

Obligation or not of the provision of data

Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide or deny his personal data. Providing such data may be necessary to take advantage of some online services.

Cookies are text files that are stored on web users’ computers to allow a safe and efficient exploration of the site and to monitor its use.

We inform you that no personal data is intentionally acquired by the site. This site uses only technical cookies to allow correct navigation, with the aim of continuous improvement of the service. This site does not use profiling cookies.

Technical cookies in the present site

  • User session cookies: essential to manage authentication for online services. These cookies are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and are deleted when the browser is closed and their use is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers necessary to allow a safe and efficient exploration of the site;
  • Configuration cookies for consent to the use of cookies. They terminate in 180 days.
